About two weeks ago travel agent in San Pedro isuued and mailed ticket to my brother and ticket was not received. Calling travel agent on few ocassions we discover that they are not responsible for ticket lost, because ticket was mailed and ask my brother to pay for another ticket if he wants to fly on original flight. After many discussions, agreement was made that they wull not cash the chek for 10-15 days if ticket was found, if not, they will cash the chek. Is there any legal issue that we can confront travel agent? Today my brother is on a flight that he hopes would not cost him double of original price.
